We’re continuously developing our products and services. Here are some highlights from this months’ Business Network development.

Business Network Platform 

New Business Partner Directory

You can now see all the business partners in OpusCapita Business Network and their available routing options. This is useful, for example, before starting with a new customer, to see what options the customer has available, or in error, situations to see if the customer would have the option to receive documents via another operator.

This first version of the Business Partner Directory will be available in navigation in the next release but it can already now be accessed in the Business Network Portal at ../businesspartners/directory. The Directory will be developed further during the upcoming releases.

Automatic time-out

Users will be logged out after 1 hour of inactivity and before logging out, the user will be alerted.

Invoice Automation

Invoice progress checking at line level

In Invoice Automation, checking the invoice progress in the workflow has been expanded from only the header level to the line level.

For example, if the review step has conditions that the cost center must be set before the invoice can be set as reviewed, and there are different reviewers on different lines, the reviewers can complete their part of the review independently of the other reviewer. Once all the lines meet the conditions, the invoice moves to the following step. In the example picture below, Matcher Mark is done but Inspector Indy still has to fill in his rows before the review is complete.
