We’re continuously developing our products and services. Here are some highlights from this months’ Business Network development.

Business Network Portal

Reception confirmations in Track&Trace

If the receiver of your sent orders, invoices, or other messages sends back a confirmation that they have received or rejected your document, this is shown with icons in a new Confirmation status column in Track & Trace. If no confirmation has been received, a question mark is shown. The column is hidden by default, but you can easily set it to show from the top right of the table.

This is shown with the following icons:

Waiting for acknowledgment from the recipient
Timeout (acknowledgment not received)
Confirmed delivery by the recipient
Rejected delivery by the recipient
Error (technical error)
Unknown (recipient doesn’t send acknowledgments)

Invoice Automation

Application log

There is a new log available for a given user role, showing events logged in the Invoice Automation solution. The log allows users to easily see the changes that have happened both within the solution and with data exchange with external systems. For example, you can see all the received invoices, but also master data imports such as importing suppliers. Also, if for example a purchase invoice has been deleted, it can no longer be found in Invoice Automation, but the deletion event can be found in the log.

Partially, the shown events are the same as in Track & Trace, however, now you have the relevant events directly in the Invoice Automation user interface, and you also have a single view to also the data imports and more.

Supplier bank information

In the Invoices Overview, you now show also the supplier’s bank account number in its own column. Earlier, it was only available on the opened invoice. Seeing it in the column is helpful, for example, when the same supplier has several bank accounts.
