We’re continuously developing our products and services. Here are some highlights from this months’ Business Network development.

Business Network Portal

Exporting business partners

Administrators can now export all their business partner companies in the Business Partner List into a CSV file. This can be, for example, used to check inactive companies or to view the hierarchy based on parent IDs in an external system, which is useful especially for larger organizations.

Track & Trace: Selecting all subsidiaries in search

In the Track & Trace search, it is now possible to select all the subsidiaries of your organization with a click of a button. This makes transaction searching within the entire organization easy especially in larger organizations.

Invoice Automation

Sorting invoices in My tasks

Users in Invoice Automation can now change the sorting order of pending and processed invoices in the search.

In addition, processed invoices are now by default sorted so that the latest processed invoice is shown on top of the list. This means that when a user processes a pending invoice, it can be easily found on top in the Processed tab.

Selecting subsidiaries in search

When searching for invoices, for example, in My tasks, Invoices overview or Application log, you can now select all or preferred subsidiaries of a company in an easy-to-use tree pane. This will make selecting subsidiaries easy especially in larger organizations.
