We’re continuously developing our products and services. Here are some highlights from this months’ Business Network development.

Business Network Platform 

Track & Trace: Improved email tracking capability 

When sending out emails, for example, PDF invoice attachments in email, you can now automatically see the email processing status in Track & Trace. This means showing also for the email transactions if the email was successfully sent, rejected, blocked, etc.

Business Network Portal: Payment terms in invoice key-in 

When creating invoices with invoice key-in, suppliers no longer have to manually calculate and add the due date. Instead, one or several payment terms can be set to the preferred number of days, as well as ERP code, in the portal settings.

When creating an invoice, the due date is automatically calculated from the invoice date and the selected payment terms.

Invoice Automation

Returning invoices in My tasks

In Invoice Automation, there is now a possibility to return an invoice also from the My tasks view, in addition to the earlier invoice overview.
