Business Network Platform 

Track & Trace: new status for cancellations 

There is now a way to search for transactions the delivery of which has been canceled by OpusCapita. They can be searched for in Track & Trace by using the new “Cancelled” status.  

Track & Trace: business partner profile and routing information 

In March, we released a business partner directory with routing information. Now, you can access the business partner profile and routing information directly from Track & Trace document line actions.   

Invoice Automation

Returning invoices 

There is now a possibility to return an invoice from the invoice overview. 

For invoice reviewers, this gives a possibility to remove themselves from the invoice if it’s not for them. Invoice approvers can, in addition to removing themselves, remove also earlier approvals if they should be re-checked. 

For the AP clerk, this means that if the approver or reviewer has accepted the invoice but there’s a need to return it back to review or approve again, it’s possible to return the invoice to its earlier state, remove all approvals or reviews, or remove approvers.
