Business Network Portal

Track and trace API

Our transaction tracking capabilities got even better. If you want to use your own reporting tool for transaction monitoring, we have released a Track API that integrates you directly into our Track and Trace database.

API can be used e.g. for enhancing daily invoice reconciliation reports or monitoring a high volume of P2P/O2C messages.

You have all the same data points available as in the Track and Trace application. It includes, e.g. processing statuses, events, document header data, timestamps, and sender and receiver information. Track API uses OpenID Connect and OAuth2.0 protocol for authentication.
