Business Network Platform

Business Network Portal: Last login date

You can now see, for all users in the Business Network Portal, the last time they logged in. This information can be used, for example, to clean out users who haven’t logged in for a long time. 

Invoice Automation

Several smaller improvements  

There have been several smaller improvements to Invoice Automation. 

In postings, you can now have the cost center automatically define the invoice reviewer, approver and superior. In addition, there is an option to automatically run the rules when the posting is saved, which will spare the AP team from running the rules separately. 

There is now a possibility to copy or refine data also to the invoice number field. This is useful, for example, if the invoice number is missing and it’s needed to enable the payment. 

Also, you can now copy data from header-level fields to line-level fields and vice versa.
