Whistleblowing policy As part of OpusCapita's commitment to complying with the law and upholding the highest ethical standards, we have introduced a Global Whistleblowing Policy.  While this policy is legally required for OpusCapita only in Poland, we have decided to implement it globally, ensuring equal treatment and transparency across all countries where we operate. The policy is fully compliant with the EU Whistleblowing Directive and local laws in the countries we operate in.   Whistleblowing allows employees, applicants, interns, leased employees, volunteers, contractors, suppliers, and other persons associated with OpusCapita to confidentially report any unethical, illegal, or improper behavior within the company.   Notifications can be submitted by filling out this online form.
