Kammarkollegiet signs a government frame agreement with OpusCapita

17.04.2023

Kammarkollegiet, the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency in Sweden, has signed a new government framework agreement with OpusCapita on services for exchanging e-invoices, e-orders and other supply chain documents electronically. The framework applies to call-offs of ~600 governmental authorities, agencies, municipalities and counties.

The agreement makes OpusCapita one of the three contracted service providers selected by Kammarkollegiet. The selection was made according to strict criteria, emphasizing especially the ability to deliver all types of electronic supply chain documents via multiple channels, using Peppol combined with other delivery means, such as internet bank and digital mailboxes. This is readily well covered in OpusCapita’s Business Network offering. In addition, OpusCapita’s real-time Track & Trace monitoring, archiving tools, and the free online portal for small suppliers played a role in the selection.

Kammarkollegiet’s mission to ensure the best possible conditions for Swedish public authorities’ procurement of goods and services aligns well with OpusCapita’s ideology. OpusCapita Business Network enables organizations to build their electronic, multi-channel ecosystem for all trade, as it ties in the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes with e-invoices, to the supply chain order and delivery processes with electronic orders, order confirmations, despatch advices, goods receipts, and so on. Further, all Business Network services are readily Peppol compliant.

“We are proud to be helping Sweden’s public administration to digitalize their finance and supply chain processes, and this agreement aligns with our strategy on expanding the use of standards and open networks, such as Peppol. We are very much looking forward to starting our collaboration with Kammarkollegiet,” comments Per Åberg, Head of Business Network Products from OpusCapita.
