Business Network Release 2024-05

We’re continuously developing our products and services. Here are some highlights from this months’ Business Network development.

BIS Advanced Ordering 3.0. messages also via the BN Portal

Peppol BIS Advanced Ordering 3.0. messages are now supported fully, also via the Business Network Portal. Suppliers can receive orders and send order responses. Also, order change and order cancellation messages from buyers to suppliers are supported. In addition to ordering messages, suppliers can flip orders to despatch advice and invoices in the BN Portal.

Using Peppol ordering always requires system integration, but now small suppliers and/or those with small order volumes can utilize the Business Network Portal for these messages.

This feature is particularly important as, for example, the Finnish government has begun transitioning suppliers to Peppol ordering from April 1st, 2024 onwards.
