Business Network Portal 

Track and trace Dashboard

For improved monitoring capabilities, Track and Trace has now a dashboard functionality showing all transaction statuses in one simple overview. Data on the dashboard is naturally real-time as processing happens in the OpusCapita Business Network. You can refine the calculations based on transaction arrival or processing time range.

Features include transaction total volume calculation on a given period, volume comparison (%) to the previous period, transactions in processing, completed, error, and rejected status. In addition, you can monitor transactions based on their recipient confirmation statuses.

The dashboard is in production piloting at the moment. If you already have access to Track and Trace, please reach out to our support and we can enable the dashboard for you free of charge.
