Business Network Release 2025-04

22.04.2025

We’re continuously developing our products and services. Here are some highlights from this month’s Business Network development.

New routing capabilities to accelerate customer e-transition

OpusCapita continues to enhance its global messaging platform with the goal of helping our customers achieve a smoother and more effective digital transition.

As part of this ongoing development, we’re pleased to introduce a new routing capability: external routing, with the first use case being document delivery to the Kivra portal. This marks an important step forward in expanding and strengthening our overall routing logic.

Until now, OpusCapita has supported two primary routing methods:

  • Dynamic routing, based on our internal routing service containing millions of routes.
  • Payload-driven routing, where routing decisions are based on customer-provided data.

With the integration of Kivra into our global platform, we are now introducing a third method — external routing. This enables OpusCapita to query external routing services during the document channeling process, allowing for even more flexible and precise delivery decisions.

Kivra is the first external routing service to be integrated, with more to follow as per customer requirements and as part of extending the scope and scale of our network. By utilizing all three routing methods — dynamic, payload-driven, and external — in a well-balanced and prioritized way, OpusCapita ensures optimal document delivery and supports our customers in accelerating their e-transition journey.
