Customer onboarding service for e-invoicing
If you are using OpusCapita to send sales invoices, you can now onboard your customers to receive invoices electronically. The Business Network Portal offers a new self-service tool to create and manage campaigns promoting various e-invoice capabilities. The campaign includes customizable email invitations and a landing page where customers can select their preferred e-invoicing method (PDF, direct integration, interoperability, Peppol, etc.).
All campaign responses are tracked and can be easily downloaded using the Business Network Portal’s campaign tool. With these new features, we are committed to reducing your paper invoice volume and supporting the ongoing transition of your customers to e-invoicing.
As several European countries are transitioning to mandatory electronic invoicing, it is highly recommended to inform your customers early about the available e-invoice solutions through the OpusCapita Business Network.
Emails for customer outreach can be easily created and managed directly within the onboarding tool.
