We’re continuously developing our products and services. Here are some highlights from this months’ Business Network development.
Reporting features for Invoice Sending and O2C customers
We are happy to announce new reporting features in Track and Trace. Whether you have OpusCapita Invoice Sending or Order to Cash solution, with ready-made reports you can monitor your daily and monthly transaction processing. Detailed dashboards give you an overview of your KP’s, service performance, and better understanding of possible delivery errors.
Key features:
- Delivery statuses and time of arrival to Business Network.
- For Invoice sending customers: summary data about used billing channels (electronic, email, and paper invoices) and the amount of invoices sent to each customer.
- For O2C customers: message type breakdown and the number of documents transacted from/to each customer.
- Monthly KPIs to measure transaction delivery performance:
- Generic transaction throughput time calculation according to the SLA agreement.
- Electronic invoicing rate and e.g. list of your customers receiving paper invoices.
- Transaction error and rejection reasons, number of your customers impacted, and the value in the transaction currency.
- Filters to narrow down the report content based on business partner, integration interface, or message type.
New reporting is available in Track and Trace as additional tabs. The feature can be easily enabled, and access can also be limited to a selected group of users in your organization.
