Local webinars: Contract matching in AP automation

We’re hosting two free, local webinars in August 2023, one in Swedish and one in Finnish, on using contract matching in AP automation. The webinars will show in live demo examples how recurring and budget-based invoices can be handled and processed automatically by using contracts and other documents to match them against.
The webinars will be held on August 24th in Finnish and in Swedish, both at 9 AM local time.

Do you receive recurring purchase invoices and would like to easily automate their handling? Contract matching can be used to automate the handling of any recurring invoice – and you don’t even need any official contract for it.
We will discuss, for example:
- Contract handling: Add any document to the invoice solution and have it approved like invoices.
- Automatic matching: Process invoices using e.g. contract number, supplier, and amount.
- Set tolerances & criteria: Define when you want the invoice handling fully automated.
