Working at OpusCapita Toruń
Historically, OpusCapita has been present in Toruń since 2008. In December 2019, we moved to the new premises. We currently have approximately 90 employees and we are still growing.
For our employees, the office is much more than just four walls, a bunch of desks, some laptops, and a coffee machine. It’s a space where people can do incredible work, get inspired, and meet friends. Since we now balance working from home and coming to the office, it’s become important to have an office environment that sparks well-being and inspiration.
At Toruń, we even love Mondays. We have a special team that specializes in anything and everything related to our well-being, like organizing summer parties, Christmas parties, coffee sessions, Halloween events, and more. The aim is to create an atmosphere where your ideas can flourish and really enjoy your work.

The beautiful Toruń is a medium-sized city (the population is over 202.000 citizens + 20.000 students) and one of the oldest ones in Poland, with the first settlement dated back to the 8th century and later having been expanded in 1233 by the Teutonic Knights.
Toruń is largely known for 3 things: Nicolas Copernicus, gingerbread & OpusCapita Business Network Messaging Platform. 😉 The city earned UNESCO status for its preserved street pattern and well-maintained 13th-century brick buildings. This mix of culture, science, architecture, and amazing history attracts thousands of tourists every year.
