Helsinki – 2. April 2019: OpusCapita Solutions announces today that it has successfully transitioned to a new owner, Providence Equity. OpusCapita is a leading provider of digital solutions and transaction processing for source-to-pay, cash management and product information management. Providence Equity is a premier global asset management firm with over $40 billion in aggregate capital commitments.
OpusCapita has been helping customers optimize their business processes with state-of-the-art technology since 1984. With support from Providence, OpusCapita will strengthen its capabilities as a leading platform, empowering customers to securely digitalize business processes to enable a real-time view of the business. As a first step, OpusCapita will accelerate its transition to a cloud-based SaaS platform.
