It’s time to match our words with actions. An important step to strengthen our offering for extended purchase-to-pay was taken at the end of April, when we agreed to acquire the Germany-based company jCatalog Software AG.

Being a catalogue management and procurement specialist, jCatalog is a perfect match for OpusCapita. Their product portfolio goes well together with our existing solutions and services – and not only on the buy-side, but also on the sell-side, with product information management abilities to suit the needs of suppliers.

The acquisition will strengthen our foothold in the DACH countries and Central Europe, and acts as an entry point for OpusCapita into the US market as well.

The combined OpusCapita-jCatalog offering provides our customers with access to the extended purchase-to-pay chain and hence more automated, transparent and secure purchasing.

In our traditional document management business we are also increasing process automation to help our customers to shift towards the digital age.

With these comprehensive automation solutions we aim to provide our customers, whether they are buyer or seller organizations or operate in a document-intensive business, a high-quality end-to-end user experience, significantly improving their productivity and effectiveness.
