OpusCapita will start processing DNA’s invoices

January 07, 2015

Telecommunications group DNA in Finland has selected OpusCapita as its multichannel invoice processing operator, which means that OpusCapita will take responsibility for handling all of DNA’s sales invoices, for both private and business customers.  On the Nordic scale, the value of this contract is significant.

DNA is one of the largest invoicing companies in the Nordic countries, and sends around 20 million invoices every year. Almost two thirds of these invoices are electronic. OpusCapita’s cooperation will give DNA the opportunity to reach its customers with targeted messages.

“OpusCapita is an important and excellent partner for DNA. The company clearly wants to offer its customers a good service experience and this makes working with them straightforward,” explains Timo Karppinen, CFO at DNA.

“The integration of invoicing systems into one service environment naturally cuts costs for customers, but above all, it produces a high-quality and harmonized invoice sending process. One of our key focus points is the order-to-cash (O2C) process, and the invoice handling system acquired by DNA is one important element of this. We have been working with DNA for many years already and the new contract will help us to continue to develop the company’s service process and utilization of customer communications using invoices,” explains Tero Niemi, Branch Director at OpusCapita.

OpusCapita is Europe’s leading electronic invoice operator. The company handles almost one billion invoices every year, a third of which are electronic.
